Empathic Creative Consultancy (ECC) is a human-centered strategy practice helping businesses and organizations cultivate cultures of connection, creativity, care, and sustainable well-being. We work at the intersection of psychological insight, creative practice, organizational strategy, and care ethics to help organizations understand the human experience within their systems and develop meaningful solutions to disconnection, burnout, isolation, and disengagement. In a rapidly changing workplace shaped by AI, remote and hybrid work, and shifting relationships to labor, we believe organizations need more than productivity solutions. They need strategies that account for the complexity of being human. Our Work We partner with organizations through: - Care & Culture Strategy: understanding organizational needs and developing more humane systems, practices, and workplace cultures. - Creative Wellness & Connection: designing retreats, professional development, team experiences, and creative programming that foster connection and collaboration. - Care-Informed Assessment: measuring organizational conditions related to well-being, support, connection, workload, and belonging. - Facilitation & Team Development: creating experiences that strengthen trust, communication, reflection, and collective creativity. AS WE ARE: Direct Creative Care Organizations can also engage AS WE ARE as a direct-service partner to bring therapeutic and creative experiences to the people they employ or serve. Through facilitated art therapy groups and creative wellness programming, AS WE ARE creates intentional spaces for individuals and communities to explore stress, isolation, identity, transition, resilience, and connection through art-making and reflection. This can include programming for employees, residents, families, adults, elders, and communities served by an organization. The relationship is simple: ECC helps organizations build better conditions for people. AS WE ARE creates spaces where people can experience care within those conditions.
